Refund Policy

 

 

We care greatly about providing the best possible service to all of our customers. Therefore we are happy to exchange or refund items if for whatever reason you are unhappy with the products.

However, you will be responsible for return postage costs and a refund will only be permitted if the items are returned to us in perfect condition with all original packaging.

If you would like to return an item, please email 

ejedmondsillustrationgmail.com to let us know and to explain why it is you would like to return your purchase.

We will do our best to resolve any issues but if this is not possible and a refund is required then we will provide you with the return address. If the product arrives to you faulty, we will cover the returns postage, however if damage has occurred due to the delivery companies fault, the issue will need to be taken up with them.

You will then be responsible for returning the item/s back to us within 14 days of purchase, containing the order slip or order number for our notice.

Return Shipping


In the case of returns, you will be responsible for the item/s until they reach us.

We can't be held responsible for the non-arrival of returned items.

We suggest you use a tracked service for returns.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
